Everio Video Hunters! Taking on the Tokyo night view spot of Odaiba!
Summer is getting closer as the weather gets warmer!
I, Ayako happen to live in the Odaiba area, which is located just by Tokyo Bay. These days, I enjoy taking walks along the coast as I let the refreshing night breeze cool me off. But the biggest advantage of being an Odaiba local is that you can see the beautiful night view every evening. Since I wanted to share this beautiful view with everyone, I decided to take night view shots with the GZ-HM330 for this blog!
Everio Video Hunters! Remote Recording of Birds using a Smartphone and the GZ-HM550 Bluetooth function! – Part 2
There are many animals in Inokashira Park Zoo other than birds. Next, I went to see the "Squirrel Path"! The Japanese squirrels are free to roam about in the grass, and they run past at your feet at lightning speeds.
The squirrels were so cute, eating walnuts and playing with each other. I wondered if I could shoot them from a "squirrel's perspective"... This is exactly the kind of situation in which the remote recording function of the GZ-HM550's really excels.

In my last blog entry, I, Ayako, introduced some GPS recording functions to you, but the advantages of having Bluetooth technology in the GZ-HM550 are not limited to this. Using a Bluetooth-equipped Smartphone (*1), the GZ-HM550 can be controlled remotely

My next destination was the Main Gate Stone Bridge in front of the Imperial Palace.
You can find very traditional Japanese nature scenes in and around the Imperial Palace, scenes which are now a rarity in the city. And so every day there are many tourists from abroad, as it was on this day as well. The Stone Bridge that sits in front of the Imperial Palace's Main Gate is breathtakingly beautiful.
